Cafe Hygge in Lorrach

Disappointing .... The driveway is adventurous .... the garden is very nicely designed. The breakfast is too expensive because the café is not included ❗️ you have to order extra, a price of over 10 € is totally excessive .... Tried and is good ...

Very nice to sit outside, delicious cakes and friendly staff

The café is somewhat hidden in the forest in a very idyllic location. I've been there twice now and can only recommend it. Very tasty coffee and homemade cake (hygge piece is a dream).

After a strenuous uphill ride on the bike, found a delicious reward in Café Hygge - also vegan-friendly! Coffee drinks are available with oat or almond milk, there were also vegan cakes and individual components of the menu that are vegan. The staff was also super friendly, the atmosphere is very nice. We will be back :)

Nice cafe and nice ambience. Unfortunately the smallest pieces of cake in the Lörrach district. Price / performance therefore rather bad. Only the cafe owner is happy at the end of the day ...

If you love Denmark, you love Café Hygge. Everything here is always fresh and delicious. Staff smiles and you can see that despite the mask. The boss is so welcoming, you feel welcome here.

Was here to have breakfast with my sister for her birthday. Very good selection delicious rolls, dips and everything. Everything was very good. Service was very nice too. Ambience is great up there, of course. Everything set up with love.

It is beautifully located on the edge of the forest and it is a nice starting point or a nice destination for hikes. The decor is nice and stylish, but it's very cramped inside. It's wonderful to sit outside. The waitresses were rather unfriendly or at least cool. When I asked where I could best put my stroller, I was referred outside unfriendly, there would be no room for that. When I came from the toilet and opened the door into the hallway, the waitress came by at that moment. I apologized, although I had no choice ... you have to stop there. She just rolled her eyes and sighed in annoyance. I think the prices for the small, not exactly special offer are rather high. The opening times are not exactly generous - from Wednesday to Saturday, only from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Addendum: The visit was already in October 2019.

My girlfriend took me to this idyllic place. Rarely seen such a lovingly prepared breakfast, which was also very, very tasty. Very nice service, completely moderate prices, rounded off with a great atmosphere. If I didn't live in Berlin, I would certainly have breakfast here every day 😋 !Caution. To be on the safe side, always reserve in advance! Keep it up. We will come back as soon as possible. 😉🤗🤗🤗

Beautiful location, super tasty breakfast and amazing home made lemonade. A must go for sure. Please make sure you reserve on a weekend or public holiday.

Isolated place nearby great forest walks. Limited food menu. But good food. Fine selection of local tarts (Kuchen). Enough parking. One bottle neck is driving there as roads are narrow and winding so not for firstcomers or those with bad night vision. Great for a licht lunch, then an afternoon stroll while the sun is out followed with a second visit for a warm coffee or chocalate und Kuchen to end the day. (Visited mid Nov 2018)

A really nice and cozy place to stay. The card is equipped with carefully selected products. Staff is attentive and very friendly.

Lots of natural light, and friendly personal. A very tasty desserts. You can pay by card there. Prices are very fine. Parking is free of charge in front of the cafe. Road is for one car only, so take care on driving to/from the cafe. A nice view to the local village so definitely worth to try.

Great Lemonade and good cake variety

Up in the hills, outside of Lörrach. The drive is half the fun of this beautiful café! A very bright, cheerful, and calm setting. Delicious Kuchen, Kaffee, and friendly staff (some speak English). Looked like it was kid-friendly! There's also a small shop where you can buy cards and home decor items. Beautiful patio, too!
